Project Execution
Every custom retail display project starts with different requirements. Some clients provide complete production drawings, while others provide a design concept, reference sample or preliminary specification.
At Jiahua, our role is to take the client's design into manufacturing. We review the project from a production perspective, work through the manufacturing details with the client, and coordinate the different materials and processes required for the project.
For displays combining metal, acrylic, wood, plastics, graphics, lighting or other components, coordination between different processes is particularly important. Dimensions, finishes, component connections and assembly details all need to work together in the finished display.

Engineering & DFM Review
We review drawings, dimensions, materials, construction and assembly details before production, and raise manufacturing questions where clarification or adjustment is needed.
Prototyping & Sampling
Where required, prototypes or samples can be produced to confirm construction, materials, finishes, graphics and other key details before production.
Production & Assembly
We coordinate the required manufacturing processes and follow key production details throughout the project. For mixed-material displays, particular attention is given to the fit and integration of different components.
Quality Control & Pre-Assembly
Key dimensions, finishes, graphics and assembly details are checked during production and before shipment. Where practical, displays are pre-assembled to verify fit, alignment and overall assembly.
Packing & Global Delivery
Packing is arranged according to the structure, finish and shipping requirements of each project. International delivery can also be coordinated according to the destination and project requirements.
Our focus is not to redesign the client's concept, but to help turn an approved design into a display that can be manufactured, assembled, checked, packed and delivered as required.
