At Jiahua, most projects start with an approved design, drawing, reference sample or project specification from our clients.
Our role is to turn that design into a manufacturable retail display and manage the details required to move the project through production, assembly, quality control, packing and delivery.
You Design. We Manufacture.
Before production, we review the drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, construction and assembly details from a manufacturing perspective.
For projects involving metal, acrylic, wood, plastics, graphics, lighting or other components, we also check how the different materials and parts will fit together during final assembly.
If we find details that may affect production, assembly or packing, we discuss them with the client before moving forward.
Once the manufacturing details are confirmed, materials and components are prepared according to the project requirements.
Depending on the display, production may involve metal fabrication, acrylic and plastic fabrication, woodworking, printing, surface finishing and other processes.
For mixed-material projects, we coordinate the different production processes so that dimensions, finishes and components come together correctly.
Assembly is an important part of retail display manufacturing, especially when a project combines several materials or includes lighting, wiring, graphics, screens or other components.
Where practical, displays are pre-assembled or trial assembled before shipment. This allows us to check component fit, construction, installation details and overall appearance before packing.
Quality checks are carried out throughout production and again before shipment.
Depending on the project, inspection may include key dimensions, material and finish, color, graphics, component fit, assembly, lighting or electrical functions and overall appearance.
For assembled displays, we also check that the different parts fit and function as required before they are approved for packing.
Packing is considered according to the structure, finish, size and transportation requirements of each project.
Where required, individual units are protected with suitable materials such as plastic bags, foam, protective sheets and cartons to help prevent scratching, movement and impact during transportation.
For larger or more delicate fixtures, additional protection or reinforced packing can be arranged according to the project requirements.
Before shipment, we make a final check of the finished goods and packing.
Depending on the project and destination, we can coordinate international transportation and delivery to North America, Europe, Australia and other markets.
Our goal is straightforward: make the display according to the approved design, check it carefully, pack it properly and deliver it as required.
Send us your drawing, PDF, reference images, specifications or project requirements.
We can review the manufacturing details and discuss the most practical way to move your project into production.
