From Approved Design to Production & Delivery

At Jiahua, project execution starts when a client's design, drawing, reference sample or project specification is ready for manufacturing.

We review the drawings and production details, coordinate materials and finishes, prepare prototypes where required, and follow the project through production, assembly, quality inspection, packing and shipment.

Engineering Review
We review drawings, dimensions, materials, construction and key details that may affect production or final assembly.

Prototype & Sampling
Prototypes or samples can be produced to confirm structure, dimensions, materials, finishes, graphics and functional details before production.

Production
We coordinate the required manufacturing processes according to the project, including metal, acrylic, wood, plastics, graphics, lighting and other components.

Assembly & Quality Control
Displays are assembled or trial-assembled where practical. Key dimensions, finishes, graphics, fit and functional details are checked before packing.

Packing & Delivery
Packing is prepared according to the product structure and shipping requirements. International delivery can also be arranged according to the project.

From a prototype to a production rollout, our role is to keep the manufacturing details coordinated and help move the project from an approved design to finished displays ready for delivery.
